The Ansell HyFlex 11-423 is a seamless 13-gauge knitted industrial safety glove designed for medium-duty applications involving cut and heat hazards. The liner is made from polyamide and glass fibre, providing cut resistance to EN ISO 13997 level A2 and abrasion resistance to EN 388 level 4. The glove withstands contact heat up to 100°C in accordance with EN 407.
The palm is coated with a water-based polyurethane and nitrile blend, delivering improved grip and breathable comfort while supporting a more environmentally friendly production process. The coating is free of silicone and DMF, helping to prevent contamination of metal surfaces prior to painting. The glove features a tricot knit wrist cuff and a textured grip pattern on the palm.
Certified to EN ISO 21420:2020, EN 388:2016+A1:2018 (4X32B), EN 407:2020 (X1XXXX), and ANSI/ISEA 105-2024 (Abrasion 4, Cut A2), the HyFlex 11-423 is suitable for use in the automotive, machinery, metalworking, and food processing industries. It is also compliant with REACH and dermatologically tested.
