The Ansell AlphaTec 29-500 is a flexible, unsupported neoprene work glove designed to protect against a broad spectrum of chemicals and solvents. Its blend of neoprene and natural rubber maintains elasticity even in cold conditions, making it suitable for demanding industrial environments.
The glove features a pure cotton flock lining for improved sweat absorption and wearer comfort during extended use. The natural rubber and neoprene coating provides lightweight hand protection that causes less hand fatigue compared to heavier-duty alternatives. The AlphaTec 29-500 also meets EN 1149 antistatic standards.
Certified to EN ISO 374-1:2016 (Type A, AKLNPT) and EN ISO 374-5:2016 for chemical and micro-organism protection, as well as EN 388:2016 +A1:2018 (2101A) for mechanical risks, this Category III PPE glove is ideal for chemical handling, maintenance, and automotive after-sales service applications. The glove has a 300 mm length, straight cuff, diamond grip pattern, and a palm thickness of 0.7 mm. It is silicone-free and available in black.
