The Ansell ActivArmr Hycron 27-607 is a heavy-duty nitrile-coated protective glove designed for demanding mechanical work. Its unique nitrile formula delivers three times the abrasion resistance of standard leather alternatives, meeting ANSI and EN level 4 for abrasion resistance, while also providing excellent protection against oil and grease.
The glove features a soft cotton jersey lining that enhances comfort through better moisture absorption and a cushioned feel, helping hands stay comfortable during prolonged use. The silicone-free composition makes it suitable for metal and automotive manufacturing applications where surface contamination must be avoided.
The ActivArmr Hycron 27-607 has a 3/4 nitrile coating, a safety cuff, and a cut-and-sewn construction. It is antistatic, latex-free, and silicone-free. The glove is certified to ANSI/ISEA 105-2024 (Abrasion 4, Cut A1, Puncture 2, Tear 1, Protection code B) and EN 388:2016 +A1:2018 (4121B), and complies with EN ISO 21420:2020. It is a Category II PPE glove conforming to REACH regulations.
