The Climax 2.5 m retractable fall arrester (SRL) is a personal fall protection device equipped with an automatic inertia braking system that activates in the event of a fall. Once connected to a safe anchor point, it allows the user to move freely within a wide working area while maintaining safety and comfort on slopes, roofs, and in confined spaces.
The device consists of an ABS housing, an integrated energy absorber that limits the arrest force to less than 6 kN, and a 2.5 m polyamide webbing lanyard with a nominal width of 49 mm. It is fitted with two Climax 30 symmetrical connectors featuring manual threaded locking and a 16 mm opening, plus a swivel connector. The maximum working load is 100 kg and the unit weighs 1.305 kg.
Certified to EN 360:2002 under Regulation (EU) 2016/425, control body number 1019.
