The 3M™ Protecta® AM450/150 is a portable, reusable anchor strap made from polyester webbing with galvanised steel cross-shaped loops, designed to provide a secure overhead anchorage point for personal fall protection systems. Its compact and lightweight design (0.19 kg) makes it easy to transport and install in hard-to-reach locations.
The strap features a PVC protective sleeve to reduce wear compared to conventional webbing, and the visible red colour of the webbing improves visibility on the job site. Constructed from durable polyester webbing and galvanised steel, it is built to withstand demanding conditions across construction, general industry, mining, oil and gas, transport, utilities, and wind energy sectors.
This anchor strap is CE certified to EN 795 Type B and is intended for use with personal fall arrest systems, including self-retracting lifelines. It is recommended for all work-at-height applications and meets the required performance standards for portable anchorage devices.
