The JSP EVOLite® AJC240-000-100 is a lightweight industrial safety helmet designed for high levels of wearer compliance thanks to its unrivalled comfort. The integrated harness and ABS shell work as one unit to keep the helmet firmly in place, even when fully inverted — providing added security when working at height, in high winds, or during physically demanding tasks such as motorway maintenance.
The helmet features a micro peak, non-vented ABS shell rated for 50 joules of impact resistance, and is certified to EN 397 for industrial head protection and EN 50365 for electrical insulation up to 1000 V. It offers a wide operating temperature range from -40 °C to +50 °C, with optional resistance to molten metals and hot solids. Lateral deformation protection is included as standard.
Comfort is ensured by a 6-point textile cradle harness with unique 1-2-3 depth adjustment settings and a Chamlon™ cotton sweatband. The Revolution® Flex wheel ratchet and deep nape strap provide the firmest possible retention. A universal accessories slot allows fitting of Surefit™ safety visors and ear defenders. The helmet weighs 359 g, fits head sizes 53–64 cm, and carries the BSI Kitemark. Optional features include CR2™ reflective strips (Class RA2, EN 12899-1), integrated EVOSpec® eyewear, an ID card holder, and an optional 4-point EN 397-compliant chinstrap.
