The JSP EVO®3 Comfort Plus is a non-vented industrial safety helmet designed for all-day protection in a wide range of environments. It features a super-strong HDPE shell with a mid peak and incorporates the Evolution® 3D Adjustment™ harness system for a precise, comfortable fit. The deep nape strap and Revolution® Flex wheel ratchet provide firm retention, keeping the helmet securely in place.
The helmet is certified to EN 397 for industrial head protection and EN 50365 for electrical insulation up to 1000V. It offers 50 joules of impact resistance and is rated for use in temperatures from -40°C to +50°C. Optional resistance to molten metals and hot solids is available. The BSI Kitemark and JSPCheck certification further confirm its quality and compliance.
Key features include a 6-point textile cradle harness with a Chamlon™ cotton sweatband for supreme comfort, a unique 1-2-3 point depth adjustment system, and a universal accessories slot compatible with Surefit™ safety visors and ear defenders. Optional accessories include integrated EVOSpec® eyewear, reflective CR2™ striping (Class RA2, EN 12899-1), 2-point or 4-point chinstraps, and an ID card holder. The helmet weighs 327 g and fits head sizes 53–64 cm.
