The JSP EVO3 Comfort Plus is a non-vented industrial safety helmet designed for all-day protection in a wide range of environments. It features a super strong HDPE shell and a mid peak, combining the proven JSP signature styling with the latest Evolution 3D Adjustment harness system for a precise, comfortable fit.
The helmet is certified to EN 397 for industrial head protection and EN 50365 for electrical insulation up to 1000V. It offers 50 joules of impact resistance and can withstand temperatures from -40°C to +50°C. Optional resistance to molten metals and hot solids is available.
Key features include the Revolution Flex wheel ratchet with a deep nape strap for firm retention, a 6-point textile cradle harness with unique 1-2-3 depth adjustment, and a Chamlon cotton sweatband for comfort. The helmet includes a universal accessories slot for Surefit safety visors and ear defenders, a BSI Kitemark, and JSPCheck. It weighs 327g and fits head sizes 53–64cm.
