JSP EVO®3 Mid Peak Revolution® Wheel Ratchet Non Vented White

The JSP EVO®3 Comfort Plus is a non-vented industrial safety helmet designed for superior all-day protection across a wide range of environments. It features a tough HDPE shell that exceeds EN 397 impact resistance requirements, offering 50 Joule impact protection. The helmet is fitted with a mid peak and a Revolution® wheel ratchet for easy, precise adjustment.

Comfort is delivered through the Evolution® 3D-Adjustment harness system, which provides unique 1-2-3 point depth settings for the most precise fit available on an industrial helmet. A 6-point textile cradle harness and Chamlon™ cotton sweatband offer unrivalled comfort during extended wear. The deep nape strap ensures firm retention, keeping the helmet securely in place.

The EVO®3 conforms to EN 397 and EN 50365 (1000V electrical insulation, Class 0). It features a universal accessories slot for Surefit™ safety visors and ear defenders, optional CR2™ reflective detailing (Class RA2, EN 12899-1), optional 2-point or 4-point chinstraps, and optional integrated EVOSpec® eyewear. The helmet has a BSI Kitemark, weighs 327 g, and fits head sizes 53–64 cm. Optional resistance to molten metals and hot solids is available, with an operating temperature range of -40°C to +50°C.
