The JSP EVOLite® AJC170-000-100 is a non-vented industrial safety helmet featuring a micro peak and Revolution® Flex wheel ratchet adjustment. Its integrated ABS shell and 6-point textile cradle harness with Chamlon™ cotton sweatband deliver unrivalled comfort and a secure fit across head sizes 53–64 cm. The deep nape strap and 3D depth adjustment system ensure the helmet stays firmly in place, even when fully inverted.
The helmet provides 50 joules of impact resistance and 1000V electrical insulation in accordance with EN 50365. It is rated for use at temperatures from –40 °C to +50 °C and offers lateral deformation protection. Optional features include resistance to molten metals and hot solids, reflective CR2™ high-intensity striping (Class RA2, EN 12899-1), integrated eyewear, and a universal accessories slot compatible with Surefit™ visors and ear defenders.
The EVOLite® AJC170-000-100 carries the BSI Kitemark and is certified to EN 397 and EN 50365. The shell is recyclable, and the helmet weighs 328 g. Optional 2-point and 4-point chinstraps are available for additional retention.
