The JSP EVO3® is an industrial safety helmet designed to protect the head against impact and penetration hazards in the workplace. It features a UV-stabilised High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) shell that is both durable and recyclable, providing reliable protection with a weight of approximately 375 g.
The helmet is equipped with a OneTouch™ slip ratchet harness system that allows quick and precise one-finger adjustment for a secure, comfortable fit across a wide head size range of 530–640 mm. The webbing harness combines HDPE straps and clips with polyester webbing, while the Chamlon™ sweatband features an Egyptian cotton core with a porous PU coating for maximum sweat absorption.
This non-ventilated model with micro peak conforms to EN 397 and EN 50365, offering electrical insulation up to 1000 V (EN 50365) and impact resistance of 50 Joules. It also meets optional molten metal splash performance and low-temperature resistance down to -40 °C (EN 397). The helmet accepts universal accessories including the CR2 reflective kit and integrated eyewear options.
