The JSP EVOLite® Mid Peak helmet is a lightweight industrial safety helmet designed for maximum comfort and compliance. Its integrated shell and harness system keeps the helmet firmly in place, even when fully inverted. Fitted with side and rear ventilation, it reduces internal helmet temperature by an average of 2–3°C for improved comfort during extended wear.
The 6-point textile cradle harness with Chamlon™ cotton sweatband delivers unrivalled comfort, while the unique 1-2-3 depth adjustment provides a precise fit across a wide range of head shapes and sizes (53–64 cm). The deep nape strap and Revolution® Flex wheel ratchet ensure the firmest retention of any helmet. The shell is made from recyclable ABS and rated for impact resistance of 50 joules, with lateral deformation protection and optional resistance to molten metals and hot solids. Operating temperature range: –40°C to +50°C.
This helmet is certified to EN 397 and carries the BSI Kitemark. It features a universal accessories slot for Surefit™ safety visors and ear defenders, with optional CR2™ high-intensity reflective strips (Class RA2, EN 12899-1), integrated EVOSpec® eyewear, 2-point or 4-point chinstraps, and an ID card holder.
