The JSP EVOLite® AJB170-400-300 is a lightweight industrial safety helmet designed for maximum comfort and reliable head protection on site. Its tough ABS shell weighs less than 300 g while meeting the requirements of EN 397 for industrial helmet performance.
A 6-point textile cradle harness and the unique 1-2-3 point harness depth adjustment provide a precise, secure fit that stays firmly in place even when fully inverted — ideal for work at height, in high winds, or during high-activity tasks such as motorway maintenance. The helmet is fitted with CR2 reflective decals for improved visibility and features a Revolution® wheel ratchet for quick, easy sizing.
The vented shell design enhances airflow for wearer comfort during prolonged use. A Chamlon™ sweatband with cotton core and porous PU coating offers maximum moisture absorption and is PH neutral and dermatologically tested. This helmet can be combined with a compatible ear muff attachment for integrated hearing protection.
