The Climax 597-G safety glasses are designed to protect against solar radiation and the risk of high-speed, low-energy particle impact from small projectiles such as wood, metal, and plastic chips or pieces of stems and branches. The G version provides sun glare protection, shielding the user while directly exposed to sunlight.
The frame is made of lightweight grey nylon with a soft universal nose bridge for easy and comfortable fitting. The temples are adjustable in length and feature a pantoscopic system for an optimal fit. The polycarbonate lens offers anti-scratch and anti-fog treatments, optical class 1, and a visible light transmittance of 88%. The product weighs only 34 g, enabling prolonged use without discomfort.
The Climax 597-G is certified to EN ISO 16321-1:2022 under Regulation (EU) 2016/425, with protection markings GL (sun glare), C (low-energy particle impact), and optical class 1.
