The 3M™ Solus™ 2000 Reader Safety Glasses (S2015AF-BLU) feature a slim, semi-rimless frame with a blue/grey colour scheme and a clear polycarbonate lens with a +1.5 diopter reader magnification. Designed for users who need both vision correction and eye protection, these spectacles are suitable for prolonged wear thanks to optical class 1 lenses.
The lenses are coated with 3M™ Scotchgard™ Anti-Fog, providing durable anti-fog (N) and anti-scratch (K) performance tested to EN 166 and EN 168. The polycarbonate material absorbs 99.9% of UVA and UVB rays, and the clear lens offers good colour recognition with UV protection in accordance with EN 170:2002.
Adjustable ratchet temples allow the user to customise the fit for facial features and eyeglass position, while soft temple tips enhance comfort. The spectacles are rated for low-energy impact protection (F) at temperatures from -5°C to +55°C (T) per EN 166:2001, making them suitable for general manufacturing, construction, MRO, and other industrial environments.
