3M Peltor G500V5CH510-OR Bosbouwcombi

The 3M Peltor G500V5CH510-OR Bosbouwcombi is a complete forestry safety system designed for professional use. It combines the robust G500 headgear platform with integrated 3M Peltor Optime1 earmuffs for effective hearing protection and a stainless steel mesh face shield for face protection in demanding forestry environments such as logging, tree felling and vegetation management.

The G500 headgear features a ratchet harness with 8 positions for head size adjustment and 3 height adjustment positions, providing a secure and comfortable fit for extended wear. The headband has a 30 mm slot compatible with Peltor P3E-attachment earmuffs. The front cover includes ventilation for increased comfort and doubles as a cable holder when used with Peltor communication products. The headgear is made from PA66 and stainless steel, weighs approximately 242 g (without face shield and earmuffs), and is adjustable between 54 and 62 cm head circumference.

The integrated mesh face shield (+5C, stainless steel) is approved for high-speed particles at 45 m/s (F) according to EN 1731. The system is CE marked and meets the basic safety requirements of European Directive 89/686/EEC. The product has been examined by FIOH (Finnish Institute of Occupational Health), notified body #0403.
