3M G3001NUV-VI Safety Helmet, Ratchet Adjustment, Non-Ventilated, 440 V Dielectric, White

The 3M™ G3001NUV-VI is a non-ventilated safety helmet from the 3M G3000 series, developed for use in demanding environments such as construction, forestry, and electrical work. It features a smoothly rounded design that prevents snagging on cables or branches and allows falling objects to slide off easily. The helmet shell is made of HDPE and weighs approximately 330 g.

Key features include the 3M™ Uvicator™ sensor disc, which indicates when the helmet has been exposed to excessive UV radiation and should be replaced. The head harness can be rotated 180° for improved visibility when working in confined spaces, and the short peak provides an improved upward field of vision. The ratchet headband allows for quick and easy adjustment, and the sweatband is made of replaceable plastic.

The helmet provides electrical insulation up to 440 V AC and is approved for use at temperatures down to ‑30 °C. It meets the requirements of EN 397:2012 + A1:2012 (with the harness rotated 180°) and EN 50365 for electrical insulation.
