The 3M™ Peltor G3000NUV safety helmet is designed for use in demanding environments, offering excellent ventilation and a wide field of view. The shell is made from HDPE and features a smoothly rounded design that prevents snagging on cables or branches.
The helmet includes the 3M™ Uvicator™ sensor disc, which indicates when the helmet has been exposed to excessive UV radiation and needs to be replaced. Ventilation openings distributed across a large area provide maximum airflow for improved wearing comfort. The head harness can be rotated 180° for better visibility when working in confined spaces, and the short brim improves upward visibility.
The G3000NUV features a ratchet adjustment head harness and a replaceable plastic sweatband. It is approved for use at temperatures down to ‑30 °C and meets the requirements of EN 397:2012+A1:2012 with the harness rotated 180° (reversed). Optional mining lamp bracket and branding/logo printing options are available.
