The 3M™ Peltor™ G3000NUV is a safety helmet developed for use in demanding environments such as construction, agriculture, and forestry. It offers excellent ventilation, a wide field of vision, and a smoothly rounded design that prevents snagging on cables or branches.
The helmet features a 3M™ Uvicator™ sensor disc that indicates when the helmet has been exposed to excessive UV radiation and needs to be replaced. Ventilation openings distributed across a large area provide maximum airflow for improved wearing comfort. The head harness can be rotated 180° for better visibility when working in confined spaces, and the short brim improves upward visibility.
The shell is made of HDPE and comes with a plastic sweatband. The ratchet adjustment system allows for easy, precise fit adjustment. The helmet is approved for use at temperatures down to −30 °C and meets the requirements of EN 397:2012+A1:2012 with the harness rotated 180°.
