The Uvex K-Series 2600202 (K2H) is a helmet-mount earmuff designed for protection against harmful noise in industrial environments. It attaches to safety helmets via a 30 mm Euroslot and features continuous length adjustment for an optimal fit. The 360° rotation allows the cups to be moved to standby and resting positions when not in use.
The earmuff provides an SNR rating of 30 dB (H: 35 dB, M: 27 dB, L: 20 dB) and is tested to EN 352-1:2020. It is also approved to ANSI S-3.19-1974 (NRR 25 dB, CSA Class A), AS/NZS 1270:2002 (SLC80 23 dB, Class 4), and complies with EN 352-3:2020 for helmet-mounted hearing protectors. The product is CE approved under PPE Regulation 2016/425 (Category III) with Module D conformity assessment monitored by BSI Group The Netherlands B.V. (Notified Body No. 2797).
The capsules are made of ABS, with a helmet connection of stainless steel, nylon, POM, and ABS. The ear pads consist of PU/PE-foam with PE-foam inserts, providing a comfortable seal. The pads are exchangeable for hygiene maintenance. Colour coding (black shiny / yellow) allows easy identification of the protection level. The earmuff weighs 251 g.
