The 3M Peltor Optime II Earmuff (H520F) is a foldable headband earmuff designed for use in loud, demanding industrial environments such as airports, construction sites, and agricultural work. It provides noise reduction up to 31 dB SNR (H=34, M=28, L=20) and is tested to EN 352.
The large internal cup space minimises heat and moisture buildup, while wide, soft foam cushions with ventilation channels reduce pressure around the ears for comfortable long-term wear. The stainless steel headband helps maintain consistent pressure during use. Cushions and inserts are available as replaceable hygiene kits to extend product life.
The Optime II earmuff is compatible with the 3M E-A-Rfit Dual-Ear validation system. Cups are made from ABS, with polyether foam liners and PU foam/PVC cushion covers. The foldable design allows for easy storage and portability.
