The JSP SpringFit™ 436ML FFP3V is a fold-flat disposable respirator designed to deliver a secure, comfortable fit through its unique internal endoskeleton structure. The integrated spring feature absorbs facial movements to maintain a reliable seal throughout use.

Equipped with the JSP Typhoon™ exhalation valve, the mask reduces breathing resistance and minimises heat and moisture build-up, performing consistently even in low-temperature environments. An activated carbon nuisance layer provides relief from odours below the Workplace Exposure Limit (WEL), including organic and acid gases and vapours, making it suitable for ozone-related tasks.

The low-profile fold-flat design is compact and easy to store in a pocket, and the mask is individually packed for hygiene. It features a 2-point harness adjustment system, an encapsulated adjustable wire nose bridge, a welded nose piece, and an internal foam comfort strip. Made from polypropylene and latex-free, it is certified to EN 149 (FFP3 NR D) with a BSI Kitemark, offering minimum 99% filtration efficiency and a maximum total inward leakage of 2%.
