The JSP SpringFit™ 436ML FFP3V is a fold-flat disposable respirator designed to deliver a secure, comfortable fit through its unique endoskeleton structure. The internal skeleton frame maintains mask shape and rigidity while an integrated spring feature absorbs facial movements to ensure a reliable seal. This mask is certified to EN 149 as an FFP3 NR D respirator, offering a minimum filtration efficiency of 99% and a maximum total inward leakage of 2%.
The low-profile fold-flat design makes the mask compact and easy to store in a pocket, and each mask is individually packed for hygiene. The SpringFit™ is compatible with other above-the-neck PPE such as eyewear and provides an improved field of vision. Comfort features include a welded nose piece, an encapsulated adjustable wire nose bridge, a foam inner lining, and an adjustable 2-point harness system for a secure fit across all head sizes and shapes.
The JSP Typhoon™ valve reduces breathing resistance and minimises heat and moisture build-up, performing consistently even in low temperatures. An integrated activated carbon layer provides relief from nuisance organic and acid gas vapours and odours below the Workplace Exposure Limit (WEL), making this mask suitable for operations involving ozone-related risks. The mask is latex-free, made from polypropylene, carries a BSI Kitemark, and has a filter shelf life of 5 years.
