The JSP SpringFit™ BGA172 is a fold flat disposable FFP2 dust mask designed to protect against solid and liquid aerosols. It features a unique internal endoskeleton structure that maintains mask shape and absorbs facial movements, ensuring a secure face fit and seal. The mask is classified as FFP2 with a minimum filtration efficiency of 94%, maximum total inward leakage of 8%, and carries the D marking for resistance to dust clogging. It is certified to EN 149 and holds a BSI Kitemark.
The integrated Typhoon™ exhalation valve reduces breathing resistance, heat, and moisture build-up, and performs consistently even in low-temperature environments. The low-profile fold flat design is compact and easily pocketed, and the mask is individually packed for hygiene. The mask is compatible with other above-the-neck PPE such as eyewear and offers an improved field of vision.
Constructed from polypropylene, the mask features an encapsulated adjustable wire nose bridge, a 2-point harness adjustment system, a welded nose piece, and an internal foam area for comfort. It is latex free, weighs 18 g, and has a filter shelf life of 5 years.
