The Climax 757-N A2P3 R D is a reusable combination filter designed to protect against organic gases and vapours with a boiling point above 65 °C (type A, class 2) and solid and liquid particles (class P3). It features a cylindrical ABS body in black with a matching cover and connects to the mask via a bayonet system.
The filter is designed for use with Climax half masks mod. 757 and mod. 800, as well as the full face mask 732-N. It has been tested for inhalation resistance at continuous flow rates of 15 l/min and 47.5 l/min, protective capacity at 5000 ppm against cyclohexane, and particle penetration resistance (paraffin and sodium chloride), with satisfactory results across all tests. It also passed clogging resistance testing against dolomite dust.
The filter is CE certified according to EN 14387:2004+A1:2008 and Regulation (EU) 2016/425, with control body number 0161. It should not be used in oxygen-deficient atmospheres (below 19.5%), IDHL conditions, or where contaminants and their concentrations are unknown. Use is restricted to trained and competent persons or those under competent supervision.
