The Climax 755 A1P2 NR is a combination filter designed for use against certain organic gases and vapours with a boiling point above 65 °C, as well as fine dust and liquid or solid aerosols. It features a non-reusable (NR) particulate filter that attaches to the gas filter via a retaining ring and can be replaced at the end of its service life.
The particulate filter (P2 NR) is made of multiple layers of non-woven fabric engineered for maximum filtration efficiency against both solid and liquid particles. It sits on top of the gas filter cover and is secured with the retaining ring. The combination filter uses a non-standard thread for attachment to Climax half-face respirators models 755, 756 and 810.
The filter is certified to EN 14387:2004+A1:2008 and complies with EU Regulation 2016/425, with CE marking under notified body 0161 (Module C2 production control). When stored as indicated on the packaging, the expected shelf life is 5 years from the date of manufacture. This equipment must not be used in oxygen-deficient atmospheres (below 19.5%), IDHL conditions, or where contaminants and their concentrations are unknown.
