The Climax 756 half mask is designed to provide maximum protection against certain gases, vapours and particles such as dust, mist and smoke. The main body is made from soft thermoplastic rubber, offering a flexible and airtight fit to prevent inward leakage at the face-to-face piece seal. The mask body houses two filter connectors and an exhalation valve.
The half mask is fitted with an exhalation valve consisting of a valve holder and membrane, facilitating the escape of exhaled air. The fastening harness features a neck strap and head strap with easy length adjustment, and its design allows the mask to be comfortably hung around the neck when protection is not required. Filters are attached to the mask via a threaded connection system.
The 756 half mask is compatible with Climax 755 and 756 filters for gases, vapours, particles and combinations. It is certified to EN 140:1998 under EU Regulation 2016/425 (control body 0161). The theoretical service life is 5 years from the date of manufacture. Not for use in environments where oxygen levels are below 19.5%.
