The 3M™ Versaflo™ S-133S is an integrated headcap designed for use with selected 3M™ powered air and supplied air respiratory protection systems. It provides limited head and face coverage, making it suitable for applications where the entire headcap needs to be replaced frequently. No assembly is required — it is ready to use straight from the box.
The headcap offers limited face and eye protection against liquid splashes, low-energy flying particles and dust (class F) in accordance with EN 166:2001 (optical class 2, low-energy impact F, liquid splashes 3). The visor design provides an excellent field of view, particularly downward, with reduced curvature to minimise reflection and glare.
Constructed from 2-layer polypropylene spunbond/laminated film material with a PETG visor, the S-133S is a lightweight, cost-effective solution for environments requiring frequent headcap replacement. It is CE approved and meets EN 12941 TH3 and EN 14594 3A when used with the appropriate 3M™ Versaflo™ respiratory system. The integrated head suspension ensures a comfortable fit across a range of head sizes (S = 50–58 cm).
