The 3M™ 6054 Gas and Vapour Filter K1 is a CE-approved replacement filter designed for use with 3M™ reusable half- and full-face respirators from the 6000, 6500, and 7500 series. It provides A2 protection against organic gases and vapours such as solvent-based paints, adhesives, and cleaning agents, and P2 protection against medium levels of dust and oil or water-based mists.
The bayonet connection allows for quick and easy quarter-turn installation and is compatible with all 3M™ Bajonet reusable half- and full-face respirators. The compact, rearward-curved design optimises the field of vision and balance, while the low-profile housing and low breathing resistance ensure comfortable, long-lasting protection.
These filters use activated carbon to adsorb contaminants from the air you breathe. 3M has optimised the carbon bed depth, filter geometry, and particle size to balance breathability and service life. Suitable for a wide range of industrial applications including spray painting, brush or roller painting, and machine or manual sanding. Not intended for use in immediately dangerous to life or health (IDLH) environments or environments containing hazardous levels of airborne particles.
