3M 6100 Reusable Half Face Respirator

The 3M™ Half Facepiece Reusable Respirator 6100 is a lightweight, low-maintenance half face mask designed for comfort during long shifts. Made from soft thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), it features a 4-point cradle head harness and an easy-fasten neck strap for a secure, comfortable fit. The low-profile twin-filter design evenly balances weight across the mask and minimises impact on the field of vision, improving compatibility with welding and grinding shields.

The 3M™ Bayonet Connection System accepts a wide range of 3M 2000, 5000 and 6000 Series filters and cartridges (except 6098 and 6099), allowing the mask to be configured for protection against gases, vapours and particulates depending on the task. The facepiece can be disassembled, cleaned and reused, and replaceable cartridges and filters allow cost-effective reuse over time. It is also compatible with 3M™ supplied-air systems for added convenience and flexibility.
