3M 4277+ Maintenance-Free Reusable Half Mask FFABE1P3

The 3M™ 4277+ is a ready-to-use, maintenance-free reusable half mask from the 4000+ Series, designed for effective and comfortable protection against organic vapours (good warning properties, boiling point > 65°C), inorganic gases, and acid gases up to 10x the Workplace Exposure Limit (WEL) or 1000 ppm (whichever is lower), as well as particulates up to 20x WEL.

The mask features twin inhalation valves and large bonded activated carbon filters with permanently attached polypropylene particulate filters, providing low breathing resistance. The facepiece is made from soft, hypoallergenic, textured thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) for a comfortable, close facial seal. A centrally positioned exhalation valve helps reduce heat and moisture buildup, and the improved valve design offers reduced exhalation resistance for easier breathing. The lightweight, balanced design includes an adjustable head harness and easy-to-attach neck straps, with a low-profile shape that does not obstruct peripheral vision.

The 3M™ 4000+ Series meets the performance requirements of European Standard EN 405:2001+A1:2009 for valved filtering half-mask respirators. The integrated filters are maintenance-free — the mask is used until the filters are saturated, clogged, or the unit is damaged. Supplied in a resealable bag for hygienic storage and transport. Shelf life is 3 years from the date of production when stored according to packaging conditions.
