The Helly Hansen HH 74230 Kensington Softshell is a hooded softshell jacket designed for everyday workwear comfort and functionality. It features a softshell fabric with a breathable membrane and water-repellent (DWR) finish, providing protection against light rain and wind while maintaining breathability (5,000/5,000 waterproof/breathability rating).
Key features include a high collar with brushed fleece lining on the inside, a detachable hood with elastic drawcord, and a YKK® front zipper with chin guard. The jacket has a YKK®-zipped chest pocket with a headphone cord exit on the inside, YKK®-zipped hand pockets with brushed lining, and inner storage pockets. Pre-shaped sleeves ensure optimal mobility, while adjustable cuffs and an adjustable hem with elastic drawcord (accessible via the hand pocket) allow for a customized fit. The extended back provides additional coverage and comfort.
The fabric is made of 94% polyester and 6% elastane (305 g/m²), with no shoulder seams for added comfort. The product is Oeko-Tex and Bluesign approved.
