The JSP EVO VISTAshield is a next-generation feature-rich safety helmet based on proven Evolution head protection technology. It incorporates a fully retractable optical class 1 integrated faceshield offering A-rated impact protection even at extreme temperatures. The eyewear is easy to deploy, adjust and maintain, ensuring protection is on hand whenever required.
The helmet is certified to multiple safety standards including EN 397, EN 50365 (1000V electrical insulation), EN 166, EN 170 and ANSI Z87.1. It features 50 joules impact resistance, lateral deformation protection, molten metal splash resistance, and an ABS shell rated for temperatures from -40°C to +50°C. The integrated faceshield provides optical class 1 panoramic vision with minimal distortion, A-rated high energy impact resistance (6 mm, 0.86g ball at 190 m/s), UV filtering, anti-mist and anti-scratch coatings, and a 13 cm visor length.
Fitted with the Revolution Flex wheel ratchet harness, the helmet eliminates pressure points for all-day comfort and features a Chamlon cotton sweatband. The dual-ventilated shell reduces helmet temperature by an average of 2-3 degrees. The faceshield is fully adjustable for optimal facial coverage and compatibility with prescription spectacles. The helmet includes a universal accessories slot, BSI Kitemark and JSPCheck certification, and weighs 521 g.
