The JSP EVOLite® Baseworker™ is a lightweight vented safety helmet designed to provide reliable head protection with minimal weight. It features a robust ABS shell for durability and impact resistance, rated at 50 Joules, and is certified to EN 397 for industrial safety helmet requirements.
The helmet is equipped with a 6-point textile cradle harness system and a Chamlon™ cotton sweatband for superior comfort during extended wear. The unique 1-2-3 point depth adjustment allows a precise, secure fit, while the deep nape strap ensures firm retention. The Revolution® Flex wheel ratchet enables easy one-handed size adjustment.
Additional features include side and rear ventilation for improved airflow, a universal accessories slot for attaching Surefit™ safety visors and ear defenders, a fitted 4-point chinstrap (EN 397 compliant), and BSI Kitemark certification. The helmet weighs 359 g and fits head sizes 53–64 cm. Optional accessories include CR2™ reflective strips (Class RA2, EN 12899-1), integrated EVOSpec® eyewear, and an ID card holder.
