Product information
The Spasciani H 900 A2B2E2K2 P3 is an escape respirator with a combined filter, designed for emergency evacuation in hazardous atmospheres. It protects against organic vapours with a boiling point above 65°C, inorganic gases and vapours, acid gases, sulphur dioxide, ammonia and its organic derivatives, as well as dusts, fumes and mists. The device features an EN 148-1 standard connection and is contained in a compact bag with belt loops, a ring for wall mounting, and side rings for shoulder carry, allowing it to be worn comfortably for an entire shift.
All components — bag, hood, and filter — are made from antistatic materials, making the H 900 suitable for use in potentially explosive atmospheres. It carries ATEX certification as a non-electrical device under Directive 2014/34/EU (II 1G Ex h IIC T6 Ga / II 1D Ex h IIIC T85°C). The respirator is EC certified according to PPE Regulation 2016/425/EU and tested to EN 14387:2004+A1:2008 (combined filter), EN 403:2004 M type (hood and bag), EN 143 (particle filtration P3), DIN 58647-7 (breathing resistance), and EN 140:1998 (half mask). Total inward leakage is 0.3%, well below the EN 403 requirement of <2%.
The hood is made of PVC-coated cotton with a PU collar and an anti-fog treated polycarbonate visor. The half-mask is silicone, the filter housing is polypropylene, and the filter media consist of activated carbon and filter paper. The bag is made of antistatic PVC. The complete respirator weighs approximately 600 g (800 g with bag) and measures 130 x 120 x 300 mm in its container. Shelf life is five years from production, extendable by a further five years upon inspection by Spasciani or an authorised dealer. Store between -20°C and +50°C at RH < 80%.
