The Climax 760 K1 is a gas and vapour filter designed for use with the Climax model 761 half mask. It features a cylindrical ABS body in black with a matching cover, connected to the mask via a non-standardised thread. The filter weighs 211 g.
It provides K1 class protection against ammonia (NH₃) and organic derivatives of ammonia. Inhalation resistance is satisfactory at both 30 l/min and 95 l/min continuous flow. Protective capacity has been tested at 1000 ppm and 30 l/min.
The filter is CE certified to EN 14387:2004+A1:2008 under Regulation (EU) 2016/425, with notified body number 0161. It must not be used in oxygen-deficient atmospheres (below 19.5% O₂), in immediately dangerous to life or health environments, or against unknown contaminants or concentrations.
