3M Versaflo TR-619E Starter Kit

The 3M™ Versaflo™ TR-619E Starter Kit is a ready-to-use powered air purifying respirator (PAPR) kit that provides respiratory protection against particles, gases and vapours when combined with a compatible 3M Versaflo headtop or facepiece. The kit includes the TR-602E turbo unit, TR-6310E (A2P) filter, filter cover, pre-filters (x10), spark arrestors (x2), TR-627 Easy Clean belt, TR-632 high-capacity lithium-ion battery, TR-641E single-station battery charger, and BT-30 adjustable-length breathing tube with airflow indicator.

The TR-602E turbo unit offers three user-selectable airflow speeds and maintains a consistent airflow as the battery discharges or the filter loads with particles. An electronic visual, audible and vibrating alarm alerts the user when the battery is low or airflow drops below the required level. The unit is approved to EN 12941:1998 + A2:2008 (with approved headtops) and EN 12942:1998 + A2:2008 (with approved facepieces), achieving TH2 or TH3 classification depending on the headtop selected. It also meets IP54 requirements for dust and water spray protection, and IP67 for temporary submersion when equipped with cleaning plugs.

A compatible 3M Versaflo headtop or facepiece is required to complete the system and is sold separately. The A2P filter provides protection against organic gases and vapours (boiling point > 65 °C), inorganic gases, acid gases, ammonia and mercury vapour, as well as particulates.
